ITINERARY 

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh arrival:

• Basing on your flight time, we will pick you up at the Tan Son Nhat international Airport.

• The welcome reception will take place in a 4-star hotel, the conference hotel.

Day 2: Conference in Ho Chi Minh City.

• In the morning: Have a conference in the hotel. The itinerary and activities of the conference will be upon your requires.

• In the afternoon, you have chance to visit The Central Post Office and Saigon Notre-Dame Cathedral which were built around 1877 and 1883 respectively. These two iconic buildings are fine examples of French colonial architecture. Remarkably every stone used in the building of the Notre Dam Cathedral was shipped from France to Vietnam. Then you walk to visit The Independence Palace.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Can Tho

• 8.00: You will be picked up at the hotel and move to My Tho. You will cruise on the Tien river and to see floating houses and fish cages on the river. You will go on some islets such as: Thoi Son islet to see the farmers’ lives, to learn about getting honey, bee hives in some bee-keeping farms. You will have a chance to drink tea with honey and listen to the introduction of products made from honey, enjoy the folk songs in the Southern.
• You will go to Phung Islet to join a part of making coconut candy or handicraft products made of coconut trees. You will have lunch with local food under clumps of trees and coconut palms
• In the afternoon, go to Can Tho and overnight in Can Tho.

Day 4: Can Tho – Chau Doc – Tra Su Sanctuary.

• 4.30: you will get up early to visit visit Cai Rang floating markets have breakfast in the floating market. Then visit the old house: Binh Thuy with an orchard garden, explore unique architecture, drink coffee and see many kinds of orchards in the garden. This house is very famous because of its appearance in the film “The Lover”.
• 9.30: You will move to Chau Doc, have lunch in Chau Doc
• 13.00: Continue to going to Tra Su to cruise through Tra Su Melaleuca forest which is the most famous destination in An Giang. You will cruise smoothly with small boats to discover splendid canals deep into the forest, watching storks, cranes and other tropical birds
• Overnight in Chau Doc

Day 5: Chau Doc – Sa Dec – Ho Chi Minh

• 7.30: After breakfast, visitors will take a nice rowing boat trip through the floating village to see the life on the floating village and how the Mekong Delta people raise fish on their floating house. 

• 9. 00: We will drive you to Sa Dec deep in the Mekong Delta. The town was immortalized in the book “The Lover” by the French writer: Marguerite Duras and was adapted in the movie “The Lover”

• After lunch, you will visit the old house “Huynh Thuy Le”, that was owned by the main character of “The Lover”. Then visit a flower village in Sa dec.

• 3.30: Back to Ho Chi Minh City

 Meal: Breakfast, Lunch.

Day 6: Drop off at the airport from the hotel.
