Despite being a small alley, most diners prepare food on site, this is also a way to show their fully handcrafted food for people looking for old items of Hanoi.
• You will enjoy several tasting here after I make recommendation which stalls and what dishes we should try.

ITINERARY 

• At 7.30: You will be picked up at your hotel in the Old Quarter and we will walk inside Hanoi Old Quarter. 
• Firstly, you will have a chance to try a Vietnamese typical breakfast with Pho or Banh My or different kinds of noodles,… 
• Ha noi cuisine always has many things that people need to learn and want to explore. Alley in Hanoi is same like in Saigon, always hidden if you don’t pay attention, but there are many interesting and strange things. This place will prove my assessment, you can see the big Dong Xuan market, which you seem it will be over at the end, but right next to it suddenly there was an alley with countless food. 
• In 4 hours, you will try 3 kinds of street dishes. Each dish has its uniqueness. You can choose nearly two dozen dishes: banh tom (shrimp cakes), bun cha que tre (bbq noodle), bun dau mam tom (fried tofu served with rice noodle and shrimp paste), Tiu noodle, chao suon (pork rib porridge), bun oc (snail noodle), bun nem cua be (spring roll noodles), banh bot loc (tapioca dumplings), banh xeo (sizzling pancake), nem lui (lemongrass grilled sausage), hu tieu, banh xoai dua (coconut mango cake), banh gio (steamed rice cake), che (sweet desserts)….
• While you are enjoying the food, our guide will introduce the ingredients of the dishes
