CHICKEN FRIED WITH GINGERS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 psc drumstick or 3 chicken wings.
- Some pieces of garlic
- 1 pcs of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cooking oil,
- 1-2 teaspoon of fish sauce
- Salt, pepper, fresh chilli.
METHOD:
- Wash the chicken with a bit of salt and chop into small pieces.
- Chop the onion and garlic, slice the ginger.
- Place the chicken into a bowl, marinade with fish sauce (or salt), pepper, ginger, half of the onion and garlic in 30 mins.
- Turn on the fire, add in 1 teaspoon of cooking oil with 1 teaspoon of sugar, stir until we get golden brown mixture, put marinated chicken into the pan.
- Stir well and continuously until the meat turn brown. Put the rest of the ingredients (garlic and ginger and onion) into the pan, stir well and cover it to cook the chicken until the sauce become thicken. Can taste to see if it is well taste (adjust by adding sauce/ salt).
